Earlier we passed The Parish Church of Santa Lucia, an Abbey that is being restored by a family that bought it from the diocese ( I think, but, yes, from the Catholic Church). Owners Neal and family live next door. They are the renovators, proprietors, historians and owners. I’m sure donations are appreciated. Fascinating story, one that would be on PBS.
